Impact Commercial Services was founded by a team of corporate professionals with a great deal of experience as contractors, builders, in pre-construction services and real estate transactions. This experience, combined with our knowledge of the industry and development services, as well as a knack for building processes and strategies that can be replicated, has made us stand out in the development services world.
Our Company
We provide development services mainly to the multi-family housing, veteran’s assistance housing and non-profit and workforce housing sectors. We work on new builds from the ground-up as well as with existing buildings.
Our services start very early in the process with project analysis and initial due diligence often long before the acquisition. We help to build the project concept, define the scope and determine budgets before the purchase. We provide oversight and management throughout the construction phase, permit compliance, hiring of contractors and managing the construction process. We also lead projects through completion in all aspects of the project close out.

We love what we do and enjoy building meaningful relationships with our clients. We’re there with them every step of the way. We are open, transparent, and quick to listen to what clients are saying and provide expertise to deliver results and exceed expectations. This approach builds a relationship that starts as a client and usually results in a friendship.
Innovation in Process
Our innovation lies in our proven processes and strategies. It starts with a plan of due diligence we institute in each project in which we break down the entire project into its smallest parts, then put it back together again. This discovery process allows us to dive deep into the details of each project so we can know everything we need to know. We strive to learn more about a property than the property managers or even the owners, which is exactly the position we want to be in. This allows us to collaborate with each player in the project to succeed. It also helps us to build an accurate budget and be the best stewards of that budget. We then track budgets and the process with comprehensive reports that are second-to-none in the industry.
