Our Reporting

Our full disclosure style of reporting allows you to stay updated throughout every phase of your project. We pride ourselves on our easy-to-follow reporting style by being clear, concise, and user-friendly.

No Conflicts of Interest

We are paid for our services as a percentage of a job, as agreed upon at the beginning of our projects, with no ulterior motives. We are fiduciaries and don’t have other revenue streams from the projects we work on. We’re also totally independent. Our goal is to get the most out of your budget starting with the most important tasks, and to be good stewards of your budget. Our customers are always our top priority.

Value in the Details

We start on projects by learning everything about everything, which is no simple feat. Diving into the details to learn every aspect of your project, even before the acquisition is made, is how we design accurate budgets and prioritize the work to be done.  It is also how we keep budgets in line, find value and expand the tasks your budget can accomplish. Uncovering and showing the details is part of our transparency DNA, our proven process, and it’s key to our reporting. It’s not the easy way, but it is the best way for our customers.
