Trent Smith

Trent currently serves as the Managing Director for Impact Commercial Services. Trent has 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry.

Trent has a degree in Architecture and Building Construction. His expertise falls under development, management, and supervision of civil and building construction projects, which provides extensive resources that benefit the client. He has an in depth understanding of the projects critical path as well as the ability to provide and manage the projects financial goals.

He is an excellent owner representative. His successful ground-up commercial projects total over $100 million in revenue. His critical role in the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution of projects allows him to consistently, deliver a seamless process, from the project’s inception to the project’s completion or grand opening.

Trent enjoys spending time with his family, vacationing outdoors, sports and the shooting range.
